Subordination: to Regional Sales Director


Goals of the position:

• Execution of sales plan in the assigned countries

• Take a leading role for building the strong positive image of the company on the territory

• Building sustainable chain of partners on the territory




• Overall sales responsibility in the assigned countries

• Development of market analyses and business plans

• Building and driving expansion strategy by finding, contracting and establishing new sales and distributor partners

• Preparation of offers and profit calculations

• Negotiation and preparation of contracts

• Establishing and maintaining fruitful relationships with key market players

• Forecasting and reporting results, trends and key activities




• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

• At least basic formal Medical Qualification

• Formal Business education will be an advantage

• Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM

• Valid and current driving license



• 3+ years sales experience within a healthcare environment

• Proven records of B2B experience

• Evidence of professional engagement with industry opinion leaders and decision makers

• Evidence of building a successful business partnership or project and show its completion



• English or German – Business fluent

• Local language of the tagret market – an advantage
