The Vogt Medical laryngeal masks are an ideal addition to any anaesthetic department. Our laryngeal masks are anatomically contoured and made from soft, transparent material. This makes placement easy and reduces trauma to the sensitive tissue. The transparency simplifies visual control.

Description:

  • Laryngeal masks are used in anaesthesia, emergency care and in intensive care in order to secure the airways
  • They are not inserted into the windpipe through the vocal cords, but are instead inflated inside the pharynx in front of the larynx, to seal the windpipe
  • The flat surface of the cuff and its thin walls minimise damage to the mucosa and ensure optimum sealing
  • The transparent material makes it easier to identify secretions and condensation
  • The laryngeal mask features a special surface that makes intubation particularly easy
  • Each laryngeal mask is fitted with a reinforced cuff tip that reduces the risk of kinking when subject to tension or twisting
  • The pilot balloon enables easy verification of the filling quantity
  • Latex-free design reduces the risk of allergic reactions
